"Cabaraccio" - horse meat in red wine, produced by Only Meat Craft.
The sausage is wrapped in a casing made of noble mould, the cut is a rich dark cherry colour.
"Cabaraccio" is a delicacy that a real meat lover will not be able to resist.
It has a rich taste, namely a pleasant astringency, a slight sharpness and an elastic structure.

Energy value (calories): 1916.3 kj (kJ)/458.0 kcal (kcal).
Shelf life: at a temperature from 0°C to 6°C in vacuum packaging: whole loaf - 120 days, portioned slices - 60 days.
You can buy dried delicacies "Only meat craft" in whole loaves (165 g(±)15 g) or in slices (100 g).

Why is cured meat a delicacy that cannot be cheap?
The reasons for this are the cooking time and the loss of moisture in the meat before it is ready. It takes a month for the sausages to be ready. For hams - more than 3 months, during this period the ham loses up to 50% of moisture.
You should not confuse dried delicacies with dried meat, which is prepared in 5-7 hours in special thermal chambers and does not include the meat fermentation process.
