"At first, I promised my husband that I would take one kizonka, and that was it. In a year, I already had 10 of them. These kizonkas grew, milk appeared. We drank it, gave it to relatives and friends - everyone got drunk. I think that people somehow they make cheese - and I started learning how to make it," says Tetyana.

Tatyana Stramnova - the founder of the company "Goat Amalthea" - is engaged in breeding goats in 2017-2018. In the same year, she created her FOP. In general, Tetyana is from Donetsk region, and in 2014 she moved to the village of Music hall in the Kherson region. Here she was able to develop her own business: she started with 3 goats and a goat, and by 2023 she already has 45 goats and 5 goats. She created the farm in 2021, so it became easier to manage the enterprise.

Before the war, she made aged cheeses according to classic recipes - Gouda, Parmesan, Derby ... But now, because of the war and the fact that there is often no light for several days in the Kherson region, Tatyana makes more young cheeses - cachotta. He also experiments with Ukrainian recipes, which is why it is called "Ukrainian cheese". Uses exclusive natural sourdough based on rennet (enzymes).
