The use of therapeutic mud from the Sivash Bay for pain in the joints, arthrosis and arthritis.

It is used as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. Prevents the destruction of cartilaginous tissue, improves blood circulation in the joint bowls, improves the mobility of the joints, and relieves swelling.

Indications for use: For arthrosis, arthritis, joint inflammation, injuries, ligament sprains, in rehabilitation after fractures and dislocations

Contraindication:

- high blood pressure, stage III hypertension;

- tumors and neoplasms;

- pregnancy;

- severe diseases of the cardiovascular system;

- thrombophlebitis;

- kidney pathology (glomerulonephritis, kidney failure)

- active tuberculosis;

- general medical contraindications;

Appropriate safety measures for use: Do not apply to damaged areas of the skin. In case of contact with mucous membranes, wash with running warm water. You should not violate the rules for using the product.

Method of application and dosage: It is necessary to undergo at least 2 courses of treatment.

The application is applied to the joint or painful areas of the body. It is covered with polyethene (food film, film for covering furniture during repairs, or an ordinary clean garbage bag), wrapped on top with a warm blanket and kept for 20-45 minutes.

Depending on how you feel (tinnitus is possible - you need to wash it off). Then wash off with warm water without soap, or use TM SIVASH soap! Procedures are carried out daily for 10-12 days.

After the first course of treatment, take a break of 20-25 days.

The second course of treatment is carried out similarly to the first.

The third course is carried out after 2-3 months as a consolidation.

Massage and sports are possible.

Side effects: An allergic reaction is possible, which passes a few days after the withdrawal of the mud.
