"The history of the NP_Truffles brand: from fascination to the realization of a dream

It all started with an unexpected discovery: when I saw photos of Dor Bleu blue cheese candies online, I felt that this was exactly what I wanted to try to create myself. An unusual combination of chocolate and cheese, tenderness and sharpness - it was a real discovery for my taste buds.

Fascinated by the idea, I began searching for recipes and technologies for producing such candies. It turned out that this is a whole art that requires knowledge of the characteristics of different varieties of cheese, the right combination of flavors and adherence to the technological process.

To realize my dream, I decided to take part in a competition that promised training from real masters of confectionery. And, to my great surprise, I won! This victory became the impetus for creating my own brand of craft candies NP_Truffles.

Training opened up endless possibilities for me. I learned the intricacies of working with different types of chocolate, learned how to create the perfect texture of the filling, and also mastered the art of decorating sweets. Each candy that came out of my hands was the result of a combination of traditional recipes and my own experiments.

Today, NP_Truffles is not just a brand, but a real world of unusual flavors, where chocolate harmoniously combines with cheese, and classic flavors acquire new, exquisite shades.

The uniqueness of our product lies in the variety of flavor combinations and the use of the most exquisite ingredients. In our assortment you will find 9 types of sweets, each of which is a small culinary discovery:

- Classic truffle with parmesan in cocoa: a perfect combination of Belgian chocolate and aged parmesan cheese, a classic of the genre that never goes out of fashion;

- White truffle in dark chocolate with parmesan: the combination of delicate white chocolate with aged cheese creates an unforgettable taste experience;

- Cayenne and Raspberry Truffle with Parmesan: a bold combination of dark chocolate, hot pepper, hard aged cheese and light sourness of raspberries creates multifaceted flavors that are revealed gradually;

- Dark Truffle with Saint Agur Blue Cheese: this is a real find for lovers of exquisite tastes. The combination of bitter dark chocolate, spicy blue cheese, raisins aged in aromatic whiskey creates an unforgettable taste experience;

- White Truffle with Saint Agur Blue Cheese: the combination of delicate white chocolate and spicy blue cheese creates a bright contrast that will surprise even experienced gourmets;

- Caramel Truffle with Norwegian Cheese: caramelized white chocolate and caramelized Norwegian brunost cheese create an interesting creamy taste, which is complemented by a crispy wafer crumb;

- Truffle with Camembert and mushrooms: for those who love interesting combinations of flavors and textures;

- Truffle "Pumpkin-Orange-Bayan" with Parmesan: sweet pumpkin, citrus freshness of orange and a light note of star anise combined with delicate white chocolate and aged cheese create an exquisite taste tandem that gives warmth and comfort;
