from a Ukrainian family workshop that makes tableware and stylish eco decor from used glass bottles «Lay Bottle».

The Lay Bottle Workshop makes all of its products from recycled glass bottles. We collect all bottles from bars, restaurants and residents of Transcarpathia, thus saving the region a little from pollution and doing small good deeds together with you!

Ornamental plates are our pride, because we experimented with its technology by ourselves, finding out which glass is combined with each other and at what temperatures it is sintered to become a single textured plate.

These plates combine two types of glass: bottle glass and window glass. Secondly, we also take from residents of Carpathian villages and towns, because the disposal of window glass is a big problem. The work on the plates is painstaking and long-lasting, because here we use both a glass cutter and baking at different temperatures of ~860 degrees.

The master lays out a symbolic ornament on the plate, which is truly unique.

Vodogray “waterplay” is a not very popular word that means "fountain" or "waterfall". "Oh water-water-play, play for us, play... Don't stop your lively dance." - sung by Volodymyr Ivasyuk and Sofia Rotaru in the composition of the same name.

And what do we know about the vodogray of Transcarpathia? Well, first of all, the most famous waterfall is Shipit, which is located on the slope of Polonyna Borzhava and is a real magnet for tourists.

Trufanets is considered the highest natural waterfall in Transcarpathia. The Trufanets Stream source on 1,720 meters above sea level at the foot of Blyznytsia Mountain. At first, the route of the stream passes through the mountains - it is about 3 km, and another 230 meters - underground. The waterfall is the last rapid that the stream overcomes before the waters of Trufanets merge with the Black Tisza River.

But not only about waterfalls. In the village Vuchkovo is situated a real natural vodogray - a geyser. With a certain frequency, almost every 2 hours (depending on season), it throws out water to a height of 4-6 meters and plays for about 10 minutes.

Our plates may differ in color or shape from those shown in the photos. Remember that these are salvaged bottles and they cannot be the same. We can send you a photo of the "in stock" so that you can choose exactly your plate.

Terms of use:

We recommend washing only by hand and avoiding sudden temperature changes. Nevertheless, you can try to wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher, but it is better to refrain

You cannot put something hot, hot mashed potatoes, baked goods from the oven

Do not cut food on a plate, because used glass is deformed not for the first time and can be scratched when scraping with metal objects.

Please note that our products are fragile and, unfortunately, there are cases when the postal service breaks the contents of the parcels. In this case, you do not need to refuse at the branch - feel free to check at home. If your order arrived broken, take a photo of the package, send us a photo and we will refund you or make a replacement at our expense. We promise to pack securely and well. We do not use bubble wrap and foam, instead we fill the boxes with fragrant hay from the Carpathian steppes, hand-sign each box and decorate it with a bunch of mountain flowers.

If for some reason the product did not suit you, we can make a replacement (at the expense of the recipient) or refund the money. To do this, contact us no later than 14 days after receipt.
