Blackberry-currant vinegar is a concentrate of useful substances of both berries, namely vitamins, minerals, organic acids. Moreover, the acidic form of substances dissolved in vinegar makes them more accessible for splitting and assimilation in the human body.
It perfectly tones the body, adds energy for the whole day. The significant content of vitamin C makes vinegar very appropriate during the seasonal cold, strengthens the immune system, and fights against viral diseases. It can be successfully introduced into the diet as a product that fights inflammatory processes. Common to all varieties of fruit vinegar is the presence of potassium, which improves the work of the heart and nervous system.
