The calling card of the pate is high-quality sautéed chicken liver, pre-soaked in real French cognac.
The flavor composition is complemented by an aromatic broth made from selected chicken fillet.
A generous portion of sauteed carrots and white onions are added to the composition to make the taste tender and delicate. Butter and natural cream guarantee a soft sound of all components. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing more.
