The base of the pâté is a high-quality sautéed chicken liver soaked in brandy beforehand.
According to the traditional recipe, we add carrots, and according to the improved one, we add white onions and raisins, which are supplied to us by special order.
The pâté has a delicate texture thanks to butter and natural cream. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing more.
