A thin slice of Kulatello pork ham is like a gastronomic journey to atmospheric Italy.
The taste of "Kulatello" is delicate and slightly sweet.
From the spices, we added basil, coriander, chili, garlic and red wine - and got an exquisite taste, which is characteristic only of a high-quality and natural product.
A great option for antipasto. Harmoniously combined with dry craft wine.

Ingredients
pork (back ham), salt, sugar, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, chili, garlic, basil, bay leaf, and allspice.

Recommendations for consumption
Thin slices and the same refined taste. Kulatello is never used for cooking hot dishes.
Pork ham should be tasted as an independent delicacy, and it can also be added, for example, to salads, second courses and to make original antipasto.
"Kulatello" goes well with spinach, arugula, various fruits, soft types of cheese, and of course with baked or fresh vegetables.
Cured ham is ideal for a nutritious breakfast and a hearty snack.

Roll the Kulatello into tubes, fold the Airara in half and arrange everything nicely on the board.
Place fresh mozzarella on one corner of the board. There is no strict sequence of serving meat delicacies, just improvise.
Cut and put several types of craft cheese on the board.
Put Rohotoro, Truffle and Nut sausage on the board between the folded pieces of meat.
Arrange the artichoke cores, olives and roasted peppers on a cutting board.
Mix a few thinly sliced basil leaves with minced garlic and olive oil.
Drizzle the dressing all over the board. Garnish with whole basil leaves and serve with cucumber slices.

"Kulatello" is manufactured in compliance with all technologies and according to the standards of DSTU 4427:2005 and TU U 10.1-3062506315-001:2021.
Shelf life: at a temperature from 0°C to 6°C in vacuum packaging: whole loaf - 120 days, portioned slices - 60 days.
You can buy dried delicacies "Only meat craft" in whole loaves (380(±)50 g) or sliced (100 g).

Why is cured meat a delicacy that cannot be cheap?
The reasons for this are the cooking time and the loss of moisture in the meat before it is ready. It takes a month for the sausages to be ready. For hams - more than 3 months, during this period the ham loses up to 50% of moisture.
You should not confuse dried delicacies with dried meat, which is prepared in 5-7 hours in special thermal chambers and does not include the meat fermentation process.
It is difficult to distinguish dried meat from dried meat, so manufacturers often take advantage of the ignorance of customers and sell dried meat under the guise of dried delicacies. However, the taste is significantly different.
