Semi-hard cow's cheese made according to the Gouda recipe. Aged from 2 months.
It also contains green olives and ripe red tomatoes. The taste is sharp, rich. Ideal for hot and cold dishes.
Weight 250 +/- 35 grams. Due to the fact that the cheese is cut by hand, an error in weight is possible.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, bacterial starter, rennet, calcium chloride, table salt. May contain traces of nuts, mustard.
Special storage conditions: from 0◦С to 6ºС and relative humidity of 80%-90%, unpackaged for up to 60 days. packaged for 20 days.
