Semi-hard cow's cheese made, aged for 2 months
Maasdam, melts very well and shows itself well in hot dishes and sandwiches. From the sauces, in our opinion, a combination with cranberry-mustard flavor or strawberry-tomato-basil jam would be better. Maasdam goes well with light, dry white wines.
Weight 300 +/- 35 grams. Due to the fact that the cheese is cut by hand, an error in weight is possible.
We advise you to try it, maybe this cheese will become your favorite.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, bacterial starter, rennet, calcium chloride, table salt. May contain traces of nuts, mustard.
Special storage conditions: from 0◦С to 6ºС and relative humidity of 80%-90%, unpackaged for up to 60 days. packaged for 20 days.
