Rankovy cheese, so sunny, bright, tender. This cheese is actually a classic German Telsiter, it tastes perfect for breakfast and has a bright yellow color, the color of the sun, hence the name "Morning".
It is so yellow because of the carrot beta-carotene that we add. This is traditional for this recipe, but makes this cheese stand out more. It cannot be confused with other cheeses.
Ingredients: whole cow's milk, table salt, rennet, leaven of lactic acid bacteria.
