The handmade farm cheeses of "Dooobra farm" have an important advantage in that they mature for an average of 3 to 6 months (for comparison, store-bought cheeses mature for only 20 days).
Cheeses are made by hand and only from natural milk collected today. Each head of cheese is unique and inimitable.
