Grapes of Ukrainian selection were bred at the "Magarach in Crimea" institute. One of the parents is the Georgian variety Saperavi, from which Bastardo took over the saturation of color and tartness of taste. The wine contains notes of black currant, cherry, prune. The color of the wine is usually rich ruby, which with age can acquire brick shades. Bastardo goes best with red meat, especially grilled or stewed, as well as with cheeses: hard cheeses with a pronounced taste, such as cheddar, parmesan.
The wine is made using traditional craft technologies, which allows you to preserve all the beneficial properties of grapes and create a unique product.
The absence of preservatives and sulfur makes it especially valuable for those who value naturalness and quality.
Grapes for making wine are brought from the village of Kobleve, Mykolaiv region.
