There are three natural wine producers in Kherson region alone, so we believe that wine is a sacred drink for the South of Ukraine. It is here that we need soils with limestone, which warm the bunches and provide the necessary elements, and there is a 47 geographical parallel. The Bordeaux and Cognac regions in France share the same parallel.
Kherson region has an ancient culture of grape growing and wine production. When there were still sands and mobile sandy soils here, Swiss colonists came here to establish their own wineries. They came from Odesa region, and before that they migrated to Ukraine because of the low cost of land. We will definitely write the full story of how the colonists fought exhaustingly against the sands and the famous names of Tavria.
