Raw-cured beef is a tasty, aromatic natural sausage.
It is made from selected beef, which is salted, marinated with spices (garlic, bay leaf, pepper mixtures).
The seasoned meat undergoes a maturation process, after which it is stuffed into a natural casing (beef rounds) and dried at the appropriate air humidity and temperature regime.
Rich taste, bright color, wonderful aroma will not leave the most refined gourmets indifferent.
