Matsik in a bubble is a meat delicacy from Polissia.
Cooking process: selected boneless pork is cut, salted, seasoned with spices (pepper, fresh garlic and bay leaf).
It is filled in a bubble, and then the maturation process takes place, which lasts from 4 to 6 months. During this time, the matiz is covered with white edible mold, which takes part in the ripening and fermentation of the product.
Matsik ready for consumption has a unique taste that excites all taste buds and is a decoration of any festive table.
