Made by marinating chili peppers in a cold honey marinade, which preserves their crispy properties and gives the peppers a sweet and sour taste.
Recommended for meat dishes, and definitely as a snack with Ukrainian borscht.
Ingredients: Hot pepper, apple cider vinegar, honey, rock salt, coriander, garlic.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature of 0⁰С to 25⁰С and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight.
Net weight: 100 g minus 3% (pepper in its pure form without brine).
Expiration date: one year.
Taste: sweet thanks to the floral honey marinade goes very well with the spiciness of chili pepper.
