El Capitan is a limited collection of exquisite light premium wines.
The collection was created from selected grapes of the Pinot group grown in the South of Ukraine: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The winemakers masterfully revealed the grace and elegance that is inherent in the Pinot group, adding author's touches to create an exquisite collection consisting of still varietal wines, complemented by signature rosé and white brut.
The technology of short aging in oak barrels is used for the production of El Capitan Pinot Noir and El Capitan Pinot Blanc wines, a feature of the aged white wine El Capitan Pinot Blanc is also that the wine is placed in the barrel unprocessed and unfiltered, and the next aging is carried out on small yeast sediment.
