We are creating a large network of partners to achieve greater outreach and support for the socio-economic development of Ukraine's small communities, micro-producers and artisans, and to build a new vision of the Ukrainian nation based on national identity, history, culture, and traditions. This is a long-term project that will be implemented jointly with regional non-governmental organizations based on a shared vision and values.

Background and objectives:

  1. Due to the widespread invasion of Ukraine by Russians, millions of citizens have lost their jobs and incomes to live a normal life. Many communities have lost most of their taxes and budget revenues. The Ukrainian people need simple solutions to be able to survive. With experience in both local economic development of communities and stimulating the sale of artisan goods, we propose to stimulate the sale of artisan goods and services to support the survival of community citizens.
  2. Wars, disintegration of nations and cultures occur when society loses its roots, forgets spiritual values, sees no need to defend principles and does not understand where the development of the people (community) is going. This is how empires collapsed. Through this project, we propose to actualize the cultural values and traditions of the Ukrainian people not only for the trend of Ukrainian in the world, but for us as a nation, to have within us and to nurture in generations the true values and culture of Ukraine, knowledge of history, legends, customs in everyday life and worldview. All this can be implemented not only in cultural events, but also in goods and services. This is what Ukraine will be living for the next 30-50 years - rebuilding a holistic nation. This project will help IDPs and community residents find creativity in themselves, find their own creative or entrepreneurial path, and we will help them with this.

Why will it work?

Not only Ukrainians need this, but everyone in the world who follows the Ukrainian-Russian wars, is looking for answers to what the strength of the Ukrainian people is, and will want to come and taste, hear, and touch the people who defeated a dictatorial country, a terrorist country. We have to build a new vision of Ukraine and be ready.
