This sauce is a wonderful combination of caramelized red onion with smoked Jalapeno and olive oil, with a mild spiciness, a sweetish aftertaste, and has a pleasant smoky aroma.
It tastes perfect with crispy croutons, and will also perfectly emphasize a juicy steak (made at home on an electric grill) with its smoky aroma.
If you want more emotions - spread a pancake with chickpea puree, add Smokey-Strange on top, roll it up and... enjoy!

Storage conditions: store at a temperature of 0⁰С to 25⁰С and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight.
Ingredients: red onion, white crystalline sugar, rock salt, drinking water, wine vinegar, olive oil, Jalapeno pepper, bay leaf, cloves.
Shelf life: one year.
