Plum tkemalli, a classic of Georgian cuisine, in our version has a gentle, not too spicy taste, children love it because it serves as a great alternative to ketchup, and mom allows them to eat a lot, because it is useful. Ingredients include prunes, garlic, sunelli hops, parsley, paprika, coriander, curry, homemade tomato paste, pepper, salt, sugar. No thickeners or preservatives. The consistency is achieved thanks to pectin in the skin and cooking, and acid from plums and tomatoes serves as a preservative. The product is safe due to sterilization.
