In the production of the sikera, the technology of fermentation of honey and natural juices directly squeezed is used. No sweeteners, flavours or colours. Thanks to the fermentation technology, the drink preserves all the useful trace elements of honey and juices. Sikera is a real explosion of a variety of honey aromas. It harmoniously complements traditional dishes.

The berry-fruit character gives a deep ruby colour and southern generosity in taste. Honey notes are balanced and do not give excessive sweetness. The drink has a lingering aftertaste and well-balanced acidity.
