In the production of the sikera, the technology of fermentation of honey and natural juices directly squeezed is used. No sweeteners, flavours or colours. Thanks to the fermentation technology, the drink preserves all the useful trace elements of honey and juices. Sikera is a real explosion of a variety of honey aromas. It harmoniously complements traditional dishes. A chilled sake will be a great end to a hot summer day. The taste has an intense aroma of flowering linden, hints of beeswax and a delicately sweet taste. It has the colour of linden honey and golden sun.
