Dried tomatoes are probably the tastiest thing you can do with tomatoes. The composition of the snack includes sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, pepper, thyme, Provencal herbs, salt, sugar, sunflower oil. Tomatoes are prepared using a special confit method, which allows you to extend the shelf life of the product and improves taste perception. We heat all the ingredients at low temperatures in oil, and we subject the finished jars to dry sterilization in a convection oven. This way, the tomatoes become tender, all the ingredients exchange flavors, and the snack becomes as tasty and rich as possible. There are no preservatives other than salt and sugar.
