We are the founders of the This is Craft platform and we are entrepreneurs from the South of Ukraine: Pavlo and Viktoriia. In addition to running our own business, we are an asset of the Regional Development Agency of the Tavria Association of Territorial Communities, where we have been implementing various projects for the economic development of the territories since its foundation in 2012. Pavlo, the head of the Agency, has been an entrepreneur and investment attraction expert for more than 30 years, and Viktoriia is a graphic designer, has a branding design studio and is also a trainer in social entrepreneurship and business planning.
The whole team is engaged in the project IT'S CRAFT not so much as entrepreneurs, not to increase their own earnings, but mainly because this platform is an impetus and support for small companies that often live and work in small and rural communities, and artisans who create their products as an art and hobby. As responsible citizens, we understand how important synergy is based on the values that our producers profess, just like us.
The IT'S CRAFT platform is about an ecological attitude towards nature, production methods, and ecological consumption.
We value authenticity and craft.
We call authenticity something that is tied to local historical traditions. For us, craft is creative, original, handmade and handmade.
It's Craft is a social enterprise, and the social component means that we invest 50% of our profits in the It's Craft charity fund, which distributes resources among the winners of competitions on a revolving and charitable basis. We support them by establishing sales of goods and by financing the development of entrepreneurs and startup prototypes.
