The deadline for the summer wave of the 2025 Revolving Fund has been extended to June 22. Existing micro-entrepreneurs have a great opportunity to apply for the business support program from the It's Craft Revolving Fund. This is a real opportunity to receive financial assistance in the form of an interest-free loan to develop your own business.

What is a Revolving fund?

A revolving fund is a financial program that operates on the principle of continuous revolving funds (from the Latin revolve). Funds are provided to micro-entrepreneurs on an interest-free term loan for a period of 6 months.

After the loan is repaid, the funds are again used to support other program participants. This way, the fund is constantly being “recharged” and makes it possible to help more entrepreneurs.

Who is this opportunity for?

The program is aimed at existing micro-entrepreneurs who:

  • are engaged in the production or sale of craft products,
  • need financial support to develop their production activities,
  • are ready to use the loan efficiently and responsibly.

Who can apply?

The following can apply:

  • Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (Scale-up category);
  • Individuals or entrepreneurs (Startup category) who are ready to officially register their business within a month after starting work on the project.

Funding terms

  • Startup category - the amount of funding is UAH 40,000.
  • Scale-up category - the amount of funding is UAH 50,000.
  • The loan is interest-free.
  • The repayment period is up to 6 months.
  • Co-financing is required: the applicant must provide their own contribution to the project.

Program priorities

The Foundation supports:

  • Craft production and craftsmanship (involving manual labor, natural raw materials);
  • Authentic or original recipes and technologies;
  • Reflection of cultural traditions and national heritage of Ukraine;
  • Environmental friendliness and naturalness of products;
  • Development in small communities of up to 100,000 people.

Projects with teamwork and social impact have an additional advantage.

Important conditions

  • Recipients are legally responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract.
  • If the project fails or force majeure occurs, the funds will still need to be returned as a charitable contribution.
